I scheduled an appointment to receive a quote for asbestos removal, as the material had already been tested and confirmed positive. The technician did not arrive at the scheduled time, and when I followed up, I was told he would arrive shortly. He arrived approximately an hour and a half later. Upon arrival, he stated he was there to perform testing rather than provide a quote and left shortly afterward without even viewing the area, saying that Eugene would send a quote — which has not happened. Eugene and his team of professionals are a pleasure to deal with. They have exceeded expectations on many occasions with remediation. 100% would recommend!
