I highly recommend Envirotec to anyone looking for a reputable HVAC company for maintenance and new installation/upgrades. Kevin, Denise and the team took care of us from the first call, and they had the work done in a day for a MUCH better price than the competitor I called for a quote. We had an issue with our system not being installed properly, which lead to mold growing on the drywall above the system. Did a great job diagnosing my AC unit figuring out why it was loud. Appeared to be the motor at first, so that was replaced. Was still loud so they put the original motor back in to save $1,000 and ordered a fan blade. That ended up being the problem! Also have no problem letting the guys have access to the house when we are not home.
