I called for help on Tuesday 9-1-26 midday for help as my unit was out and it was very warm in my house. Kevin came late afternoon and found the problem immediately; float switch malfunction. After clearing the problem and getting unit running he stayed to confirm that cooling was on the way! BTW I am a member of their yearly maintenance program which assured me of quick service.
We had a very good experience with Envirotec from the quote to the install. You can't go wrong with them. Very professional & delivered as promises plus ee got three bids and they were the lowest.
I renovated my home this year and Envirotech (ET) did the HVAC work under a general contractor. I have two HVAC units at my house and one stopped working and the other was not cooling. I have a prepaid maintenance contract with ET, and the system stopped working about a week before the maintenance was scheduled. ET came to the house and evaluated the systems.
