Stations are almost ALWAYS out of order. Seems like this company was good when they first came out like nearly 10yrs ago... but they just don't care anymore or maintain anything
"EnviroSpark is a leader in the design, installation, and operation of EV charging solutions" ..what a joke. -- well they failed at the last part. Tried to charge at a sleep inn in Staunton Va where Envirospark is installed. We planned our stay during a long trip so we could charge. Charger wasn't working. Called them and they wanted lots of personal info and said they would call us back. We thought it could be a simple reboot from their end so we waited by the car....and waited...checked email...waited...nothing. They never... read more
Tried to charge at Fairfield Inn, where Envirospark is installed. Scanned the QR code, need to download app, because there isnt a webapp, tried registering for an account, failed on first email, kept erroring out saying too much requests, stuck on loading page, so killed the app. Tried again, says email already in use, therefore tried to login, invalid credentials, tried resetting password, got the code but still invalid. tried registering with my second email. same sequence of scenarios.
