These guys are aces! Great supply of parts on hand, super fast shipping, and years of experience and expertise. They walked me through a circuit board replacement on my spa, making sure I had the right replacement board, making sure all the connections were correct, and looking at the pictures to verify. Responses were almost immediate, and the spa was but up and running in no time. They saved me hundreds in a service calls and labor. Thanks again!

I took on a project I probably shouldn't have but did anyway. Not being a hot tub service guy I dove into my little project. Working on older tubs, parts get discontinued etc. I called in talked to Richard, he knew exactly what part I was talking about on my ******** and that the part was no longer available, BUT did know of what would be able to replace it and get me up and running. bought several replacement jets from this dealer. All 4 of one model failed less than a year of use. The others styles order at the same time are still in great shape. Contacted the owner as these are obviously defective as the same single locking tab on them all shear off. The other locking tab is rock solid. He was not willing to replace or provide any compensation. Very disapointed.
We purchased our BullFrog Spa from Richard at EnviroSmarte HotTub and SwimSpa Center about a year ago and have thoroughly enjoyed having it. You won't find very many reviews from me on any site. However, I have decided to write one for Envirosmarte and the entire team. Little before Thanksgiving we bought a ******** spa. Since I had no place for it Richard just said let me know when its ready. I did and we scheduled an appointment for delivery. They arrived on time and with everything ready to go. It was installed, the electrician that they recommended was just finishing up and was there to hook up the tub. It was filled and beginning operation. Had a few issues.... read more
