From the beginning NAZ informed me that the job would be done and done correct. I didn’t know exactly what that meant but after meeting with his technician, he basically walked me through the whole process of how the process works. Basically giving me a detailed explanation about what they were going to be doing. This team (specifically Luis), did an amazing job with our mold disaster. Obviously any mold removal service is required to remove the mold, but Luis informed us every step of the way as to what would be happening, how they would ensure our safety, when they’d be arriving or if they were stuck in traffic, and any advice on how to deal with the situation as it was unfolding- which was insanely stressful. Naz and crew were very professional and courteous from the first day on the job to the final day on the job. We hired them for a Mold Remediation initially. They also completed the reconstruction of the same area. Naz is very pleasant to deal with. He took time to explain the entire process. Would definitely hire them for my future construction projects.
The project was done perfectly. Although a difficult one, but the team was amazing. Handled everything with precision and accuracy. Very professional crew, which attended to all our needs. Punctual, efficient and understanding. The team went above and beyond to accomplish the project in a very timely manner. We are very grateful for this amazing and swift job.
