Mark, the NW Exterm. Professional came to our home at 41610 N. Emerald Drive in Anthem. Mark was JUST GREAT in working with us and showing our termite issues. A FINE young man!! And ALITA on the phone in the BILLING dept. was ALSO wonderful in explaining to me our policy situation and the CHECK that I had given to Mark when he was here on ( believe) July 2.
