I just want to say how impressive this company is. I'm a home inspector and I use ETR labs for all my water samples. The quick turn around time for reports is great, but what really makes this company stand out is the customer service. If I ever have any questions they are always very helpful and polite. Good local place to get your water tested. I have well water so I like to get it tested every few years. Also am saving money having my water tested just for arsenic, it's naturally occurring in the groundwater, I have an arsenic filter that the filter company said was due to be replaced for thousands of dollars. No, I test the water every year for arsenic and the filter is still good. Note that the lab is not certified by the state of Massachusetts as of 2021.
