I've used ETR for several tests, both water and air. The test kits are easy to understand and the reports are very comprehensive. But what really makes them stand out is their quality of service. There is a lot of terminology in these reports that I don't understand, but their staff is very knowledgeable and always available to assist. I just want to say how impressive this company is. I'm a home inspector and I use ETR labs for all my water samples. The quick turn around time for reports is great, but what really makes this company stand out is the customer service. If I ever have any questions they are always very helpful and polite. Good local place to get your water tested. I have well water so I like to get it tested every few years. Also am saving money having my water tested just for arsenic, it's naturally occurring in the groundwater, I have an arsenic filter that the filter company said was due to be replaced for thousands of dollars. No, I test the water every year for arsenic and the filter is still good. Note that the lab is not certified by the state of Massachusetts as of 2021.
