I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service Andrea and Josh consistently provide. Not only do they have exceptional communication skills, but they also follow up on voicemails within one hour. I will always recommend Josh, Andrea, and ETR Services to any home inspection company.
I've used ETR for several tests, both water and air. The test kits are easy to understand and the reports are very comprehensive. But what really makes them stand out is their quality of service. There is a lot of terminology in these reports that I don't understand, but their staff is very knowledgeable and always available to assist. I just want to say how impressive this company is. I'm a home inspector and I use ETR labs for all my water samples. The quick turn around time for reports is great, but what really makes this company stand out is the customer service. If I ever have any questions they are always very helpful and polite.
