Supposed to have garbage pick up every Friday, weeks go by without anyone coming, it's January 14th today and we haven't seen the garbage man since December 13th, now I have piles of garbage outside my home and it looks like hell. Nobody willl ever answer the phone when I call.
Our service was consistent for a couple years. Now however the past 2 years have been very inconsistent with waste pickup a week to 2 weeks later. Presently I have called numerous times and the garbage has been fermenting for 2 months . I have asked to stop service and pickup the dumpster 3 weeks ago. It still sits there overflowing with garbage dripping maggots and stench. We have had a new service in place next to it. ESI just not respond to customer care. BAD SERVIC!!!!
