I’ve had this service for over 15 years and I’ve never had any issues. In fact they are the most honest, kind and accommodating people I’ve ever done business with.
I had no problems until they tried to double charge me and I have the cashed check to prove they got their money. I have called 4 times to try to get this resolved and left messages because they won't pick up. This is terrible customer service and I am looking for another company that will call you back when you have a situation to clear up. I'm paid up until the end of May so I would like recommendations for another company if anyone has one. Poor customer service Environmental Services!
Great price for weekly pickup. Always on time! I have been a customer for several years now and never had an issue.
