Terrible and rude service. I phoned to ask about a food handler certificate and which one from the Recognised Food Safety courses I would legally need to be a basic waitress and had to ask literally five different time to the same woman before she yelled at me "I have no Idea!" I was directed here from AHS because you guys should know that information. She kept telling me to look at the AHS website after repeatedly telling her that I was reading off of the website to her.
I contacted M.Deng Wang regarding a cockroach infestation in my apartment, he send me a form to complete and that he will call and visit my landlord/apartment…. Well after 7 months, a lawsuit against my landlord, who was resolved through mediation, I never received a call back, visit or anything else from this PUBLIC service. I had to step up and file a lawsuit… No report from an health inspector, nothing. I almost died because they are so bad at their jobs.
Currently at RAH ER and overheard a ER staff say the wait is currently 4-6 hrs. Immediately checked the ER wait time on AHS app and RAH shows 3.36 hr wait time. Nothing like hiding the facts of real wait times from taxpayers
