Eric arrived on time! Listened to my tale of woe....! Understood! And went to work. Showed me the cause of my woes. Repaired, installed and voila.. Very pleased with the result. Thank you Eric...
I had a superb experience with Nick who arrived exactly on time, and proceeded to assess the plumbing situation carefully and thereafter delivered a most satisfactory outcome. My basement shower leak was fixed in a very professional manner.
I called this plumbing service on a Sunday. The agent I spoke with was great, easy to talk to and gave me very clear expectations about timing, costs and what to expect. The plumber Max, was incredibly polite and had great communication with us. He clearly outlined our options. The job was bigger than expected but fixed an issue that was likely decades in the making. Despite this, the price was very reasonable. I’d highly recommend and if/when I need plumbing services, I’ll call here and ask for Max.
Straightforward and professional
The service was great! Sean was polite, on time, and a great communicator. I was having the kitchen faucet replaced and needed to accommodate the previous drilled holes in the quartz counter top. Sean explained my options clearly and triple checked everything. The booking and payment process was smooth as well.
