After a major job, a connected but relatively minor issue arose. Fortunately though, Lance was able to diagnose and provide a solution over the phone to resolve it before coming the next day to ensure the problem was indeed fixed.
We had an issue with our shower plumbing. Lance was a great help. He was professional and cordial. He was super patient and answered all of my questions, and even showed me a thing or two. Would definitely recruit this companies services again.
