I used to be a loyal customer of environmental pest Control for 4 years but their service has really declined. I had mice in my garage and begged them for three weeks to send a technician. Every time, they had a different excuse for the delay. They’re clearly short-staffed and not as reliable as they used to be. I finally gave up and hired another company, which has been great so far. Very disappointed and won’t be using them again.
Bryce came to assess the situation, did a thorough job and explained what was going on. He was professional and courteous.
