Nice people but quick, minimal, low quality work for the high price $699 for what it is called bird exclusion service. I had a very simple "bird" suspicion. There were no birds / no nest to remove. Technicians sprayed to sanitize the hole gap and placed a thin metal screen to temporarily covered the hole to prevent bird entry. Did not really do all what the work contract says.

I had a bird in our attic for approximately a month and a half. The business continuously rescheduled the appointment and at one point early on in the process claimed that I never set up an appointment to have the bird removed. The person who I spoke with on the phone, Shane, was dismissive and in my opinion disrespectful. Avoid these people at all cost.

Tech was prompt and got right to work trying to get rid of our yellow jackets. Very polite and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone

We started service with them last year to help deal with the spotted lantern flies. There are much less of those this year but whenever I see a few I just send a text to Environmental Pest Control and they have the tech come out usually within 3-4 days to spray again. We’ve had the same tech come out every time, Dwayne, and he’s super friendly and helpful. We’ve also had him spray for ants, spiders, and other bugs and noticed an improvement afterward. Bryce was thorough and quickly identified forces of entry and trouble spots. He explained what could be done and sent a written estimate within 19-min of finishing the consult.
