The tech was prompt, polite, and helpful. However, I paid $150 for a job I could do myself. There was evidence of mice behind my refrigerator. However, I was informed that the company does not move appliances for liability reasons. So, I, a 76 year-old, petite woman gave it a shot. Fortunately, I moved it far enough to get behind it and the tech advised me what to do, which I already knew.
