sent 2 pallets or ink cartridges just before christmas 2015, , it was their shipper and they say they did not get them , the trucking co admitted they lost them ,I got the runaround from one person to the next for over a year they promised to resolve it EOS refuses to do anything to help, so i am out almost 2 grand and have no resolution. BEWARE.

Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, how stupid can I be to use these guys. Both times they claim they did not get what I sent and come up with many defects.
