Terrible communication. Water testing form states samples can be dropped off before 3:30 on Fridays, but when you drive an hour to drop them off, they tell you they don't accept samples on Fridays. When you call in the morning to schedule a dropoff, they don't warn you that they don't accept samples on Fridays, they just tell you to come on in. They don't offer any kind of discounted rate or shipping voucher so you can get your samples tested, they just suggest you drive another 2-hour round trip on Monday because of course ... read more
I drop water samples off weekly and am always met with efficient and friendly service. I'm very grateful they are close by and monitor our drinking water to be sure everything is safe and clean.
Dont listen to the other reviewer he has no idea what this place is. States water testing lab. Produces no water. That guy needs to read a book.
