Called for an appointment, waited for almost 30 minutes to talk to someone, when the women receptionist answered, she was very unclear, couldn't understand her well. When I asked questions about services and costs, she answered with annoyance and had a rude tone, and very short descriptive answers. I felt like she was judging me for my questions. I believe her name is Jamie....All I can say is she is off the chart rude! Someone with her customer service skills should be digging ditches not answering phones.
