I AM A MAINTENANCE CLERK FOR A NATIONAL TRASH COMPANY AND WE USE ENVIRONMENTAL FOR MANY OF OUR NEEDS. THEIR REP BRIAN RITCHIE IS BEYOND TOP NOTCH WITH HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALWAYS POSITIVE DEMEANOR. I HAD A MOMENT WHEN I COULDN'T REACH ANOTHER VENDOR ( LITERALLY ACROSS THE PARKING LOT FROM ENVIRONMENTAL ) FOR A NEED; BUT I KNEW BRIAN WOULD BE THERE TO SAVE THE NEED.
