Out water bill skyrocketed in the past few months and we suspected that the irrigation system malfunctioned. We called Environmental Designs Irrigation for assistance and their technician Michael came in, identified the problem and and solved it promptly. Michael explained to me the system and showed me how to operate it from my cellphone. Now we have an updated system that is easy to operate from home and remotely. We couldn’t have done better. Thank you Michael, thank you Environmental Design Irrigation.
Christian did an excellent job diagnosing the problems and easily corrected them. I also appreciated how he explained everything as he worked.
Christian C was my technician and fixed my pressure vacuum breaker with ease. He was very knowledgeable about the sprinklers as well as the grass and why certain areas had burned grass. He went over every zone with me and corrected the angles of several sprinkler head. He also went over the recommended times for each zone and the reason why he recommended those time. Awesome guy who was very knowledgeable. Definitely will use this company for any future issues.
Your man; Christian was very thorough in his work ! He found & repaired a leak I wasn’t even aware of as well as replacing/raising the sprinkler heads that needed service. When he finished, everything was tested & adjusted to make sure it was operating correctly ! A job well done ! You’re lucky to have such a person on your staff ! Thanks again !
Christian did our mid season check. Fantastic work and communication! Mike did our interior work. Friendly, informative, and efficient. Our interactions have been a pleasure. Placed mechanicals in accessible locations that aren’t visible to visitors and explained all the operations of the app in detail. Strong recommend for this company - they’ve been great to work with!
