We had ECS come out and do the duct cleaning service. Brandon and Charlie came out and were very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. If an issue or concern came up they addressed it with us and even gave us some feedback on other areas of the house that might need to be looked at. We were pleased with the overall process and product.
We worked with Brian F. He was very informative on all aspects of the job. He explained the process of each step. The crew that came were very nice and respectful. We had never had this kind of issue before and we truly appreciate the job E.C.S. did for us.
Brian came out to help with some water damage and was amazing. I highly recommend ECS.
