Brad would communicate daily with video updates and took pride in his work throughout the project. He and his crew were very respectful and took extreme care to ensure valuables were kept safe with no damage. He went above and beyond to explain every step of the process in terms we understood. We had a faucet bust in the wall and flood half our house. I called Brad and he showed up that afternoon. His crew started the next morning. He informed me every step of the way. His crew was awesome. Very courteous and professional. Amazing bunch of folks. I hope we dont have any more water problems but if we do, I can tell you Brad will be my first call.
Brad and his team are excellent. Very professional, hard working on making deadlines and went above and beyond to get our mold situation taken care of. They worked long and late hours to complete what was needed. Our mold was so bad it was effecting our health at the office. EBM Fire & Water saved the day! I was out of state when I was alerted by a neighbor that my house in Heber Springs had a water leak with wet walls and carpeting. L.T. Davis recommended I call Brad with Environmental Building Maintenance. What a great recommendation! Brad answered on the first ring, and was at the house 25 minutes later.
