Paid in advance for spring/fall service. Called multiple times over several weeks before a call was returned. Scheduled appointment. They are 3.5 hrs late and still no call. We have left messages and nothing. Would not recommend.
I expereinced many pest control issues in Wisconsin and the Northwoods and this company was by far the best.
Worst business I’ve ever worked for. Never got paid. Still have the text messages from Rick and his sister from a few years ago acknowledging that they owe me money. Often the people they send out are not certified to be handling the specific chemicals they are working with. They have gotten in trouble with the state on this matter. The only reason this business is still going is to support an unhealthy lifestyle. If I could give less than a star I would. I know I’m not the only employee to get screwed over by these people.
From the first phone call to Owner - Rick - I was put at ease that help was on the way. Jayce was sent over to our house and I was amazed. We could not get anyone to come for raccoon damage cleanup for our attic because we were always told we are too far away in SE Chippewa County. Jayce was professional, friendly, gave expert advice, and sanitized our attic at an extremely reasonable price. Customer service at its best for sure!
