Not fair to employees. They pick and choose who they like. They enforce rules on whoever they feel like but not on others. They right you up on mistakes but then the supervisors can do the same mistakes and not get written up. I wouldn't suggest this company. You have a 50/50 chance on being treated right and equal. And the supervisor that fired me caught the welding unit on fire a few weeks after firing me. But of course he's still there working. This company isn't worth the stress and headache.
