Look to the bbb and then tell me they aren't even accredited. That's not good.
Jon and his crew did excellent work. Scheduling was tough during the pandemic but we managed to get the work completed and it looks great. My only complaint is that they send an invoice that you are unable to pay online or via credit card and have to write a check. I don't like writing a check for that kind of money and throwing it in the mail so must drive to their office to drop off which is very inconvenient. They want to charge 3% extra for credit cards and on a job that cost 10's of thousands, that is unreasonable.
