Brandon was an excellent and courteous communicator at all stages, especially during his inspection, when I couldn't be in the house. He not only crossed over to the Kitsap Peninsula to inspect my attic, but didn't charge for the inspection. This is extremely smart, as it means I'll use Environment Control of North Seattle for any future remediation work. Customers trust companies that let you sample their service before paying.
