Internal communication could be better. They give you a start date but you find out that the start date isnt valid. As a individual, who is needing work and can't wait that long, it isn't efficient for my time. Had to go look for another job to fulfill the needs and I wasted time waiting for ECB to reach out to me. Reply: Hired multiple times? I've only signed hiring documents once.
