Worse company out there. I have had to contact them multiple time because they are not holding up their end of the agreement. The agreement clearly states what is supposed to be done on a weekly schedule and a monthly schedule. I come into my office with the floors dirty. REALLY??? And before that started I was paying 200 a month for them to wipe down my floors and clean three individual bathrooms. These bathrooms are small. When I say individual I mean for one person!!! I HAVE HAD OTHER CLEANING SERVICES IN THE PAST, BUT NEVER LIKE THIS. THIS COMPANY HAS MASTERD THE ART OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALESMANSHIP, AND COMMUICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER, NOT TO METION SUPERIOR OVERALL CLEANING. I CALLED THEIR REFERENCES BEFORE EMPLOYING THERE SERVICES AND THEY ALSO ONLY HAD EXCEPTIOAL REVIEWS. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN CLEANING THE PHOENIX MARKETPLACE FOR OVER 45 YEARS AND ARE IN 18 STATES, AND YOU CAN DEFINITY TELL A DIFFERENCE.
