The worst owner ever!!! My boyfriend used to work for Environic Solutions for three years... He wasn't able to take his vacation time (one week) because the owner never had employees to cover for his job. The reason why my boyfriend left this company was because he used to get his payroll checks without funds. Overtime was necessary and required by the owner but he never pay the overtime unless my boyfriend asked for it for almost three or four weeks.
