Stay away from this company. It was a painful process from start to finish. Their communication from the office was so poor. The salesman told me that environ did all the work themselves. Which they don’t… The steel fixer, concreters, tiler, fencing, and pool maintenance all different companies: and I ended having to communicate with all arranging visit times. We were told to pay for a drawing/design of the pool to them, which ended being obsolete due to them not checking the underground services in our back garden. They jus... read more
