Overall design 5 stars , quality of work 5 stars, delivery time frame 5 stars. Callum was excellent at keeping trades on time and attention to detail was impeccable. Office lady sent many important detailed emails and was patient with my many questions. Minor issues with some communications with owner, could be aggressive and unclear in communication style. Perhaps this is the norm in the industry towards Christmas. He was more professional towards the end though. Overall would highly recommend.
An overall good experience and happy with the quality of the pool. There is alot of trades and deliveries, the communication was good, but we had to manage our ability to be on-site over 3 months with work so we could receive things and give access to trades with our dogs. There probably would be alot of changes we would make to the pool and surround if we had known some technical aspects, known the questions to ask or builders gave their insight/experience when we were deciding/designing things. Environ Pools - wow! Delivered our dream pool in time for Christmas!! From Marc’s amazing design for our tricky yard to Mark’ C’s coordination of trades and responding to our numerous questions throughout the build - all was awesome!!
Environ Pools have been sensational to work with, from the initial sales/planning meeting with Marc and all the way through the pool build with the builder Mark, the quality and professionalism and value has been excellent. I liked the open communication and sms notifications of when the trades were attending and the helpful coordination in with other items needed for landscaping ect. you must talk with Environ to get your pool project underway!
From the initial design through to completion, Environ Pools delivered an excellent result. Marc (designer) took the time to understand our requirements and designed a pool that is both functional and well suited to our space. The build was well organised and ran to schedule. Mark (builder) managed the project efficiently, and the workmanship from every trade was outstanding.
