The job was done well and in detail it seemed and the report afterwards seems indepth. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars is became when they left, they left some debris, (dirt, dead bugs, etc from whatever equipment they brought in to use) and also left small areas with water such as droplet trailing through the hallway/rooms and one area next to the air con had a small pool of water. Environ recently diagnosed that one of our Mitsubishi Electric indoor units required a new condensate drain pump. They subsequently emailed a lump sum quote for $641.55 to install a new pump which was more than we were originally led to expect. We requested an itemised breakdown of the lump sum quote (i.e. labour, parts, transport costs, etc). I have been using Environ Air for my A/C servicing for some time now and recently commissioned them to complete some pretty extensive improvements within our Teneriffe apartment. As has been always the case, their workmanship, communication and forward thinking to overcome some difficult internal challenges (the beauty of an old Woolstore apartment!) were fantastic and I could not recommend them highly enough.
