I am highly satisfied with their services. They explained to me the issue and plan of attack, very thorough with their spraying in potential hiding places. This started with something scratching at my closet door one evening and freaked me out. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep that night. I called Russell the next morning. He came to the house and confirmed it was a rat and laid some traps. He came back a few hours later to check. He got the rat and got it out of the house the same day
