Approach with caution, if you value your time! Empty promises and a litany of endless excuses resulting in a 3 month delay for our pontoon to be repaired. In fact, we are still waiting after (yet) another reason for delaying delivery of the repaired pontoon. John is very pleasant over the phone, however I’m not paying for the social chat!
