Just a poor company. Reps are inept. Their pay system was antiquated in 2003. Just a bad company.
I pay for this service thru my water utilities and it can months without a pickup. The town in which I live in has called the supervisor that handles my town also states that trucks are broke down or some of the sort. I pay for a service I dont receive. This company also maintains our water supply and the water that we use is undrinkable and is so calicify that it has clogged up my ice dispenser therefore costing me money to get it fixed.
