Our 3yr old hot water system suddenly began tripping out about a week ago. The service people have been nothing but helpful and its been repaired today. Very helpful and friendly service people. Good to deal with
Hot water system keeps getting error message after around 4 years of use. Contacted the company and was told they will get back to us to get a date for it to be fixed (the part is free but it’s a $400 fitting fee), it’s been 3 weeks since initial enquiry to a David Neuwen and now the problem is occurring everyday and having no hot water affects everyday life unfortunately which makes for major inconvenience.
