This company came out and did a good job evaluating my house. However, I was promised a report within 1 week after the inspection and didn’t get my report back until 2 weeks, only after I constantly asked for an update. I normally wouldn’t be too upset about this, but I wanted to get the mold issues in my house fixed ASAP and was told to expect something back within a week.
