Sean and Carter did a great job explaining the details of the mold testing, air quality testing and mold remediation. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again!!
Sean and Carter were responsive and very knowledgeable. I had some concerns around air quality in my house and through my own testing found some evidence of mold. Carter did a through assessment and tested 3 locations and confirmed mold was present. Sean followed up promptly with a treatment plan and quote and answered all my concerns and questions. I had a mold problem in my house due to leaking Toilet bowl on the second floor. As soon as I get in touch with Sean Payne - he immediately dispatched his technician to check on the severity of the problem. Carter, technician, came on time, and gave me the areas affected by the leaked. Both Sean and Carter came 3 days after the lab result came of the kind of mold infestation we had. While on vacation for almost 2 weeks, our dishwasher supply hose sprung a leak that flooded most of the basement area immediately below.
