Outstanding personal training and bootcamp style sessions. Victoria is a terrific human being and a trainer with incredible versatility, offering a personalized approach for each and every member, attuned to their individual level of fitness and goals. Pre and post-natal care are also specialty options and a terrific new yoga practice has just started. I wouldn't train anywhere else.
