Terrible! Terrible! The actual store is just fine, but do not use their installation service for anything! I have spent the last six months fighting these people and I've finally realized that they are not capable of, nor do they care about, doing their jobs right. Every single step of the way they have cut corners and gone well beyond their scheduled time to finish their work. World Class Company! WITHOUT A DOUBT! I had a french drain installed at my home, the installers told me that I had about two feet of water in my crawlspace that was stinky and rotten and had probably been there for a long time! I had no idea! So they told me to call Enviroclean, boy am I glad I did!! They showed up within 30 minutes and began to "pump out" the water, my insurance didnt cover this (UGH!), but they worked with me. Water Under House I think the men at Enviroclean did an excellent job!! They were helping a poor old lady out when they came to pump out the water below my house. They were timely, and when they couldn't be (because of jobs taking longer, understandably) they always called to inform me. The job was quite noisy, with the blowers and the demolition of my wood floors, but that is to be expected. Afterwards they offered to clean my wool rugs, and they turned out wonderfully!
