Our fireplace stopped working, and Aaron came out to diagnose the issue. He ordered the necessary parts, and after multiple follow-ups on my end, we were finally able to schedule the repair. When Aaron arrived for the scheduled service, he informed us that he did not have the required parts on his truck, requiring the appointment to be rescheduled. Terribly expensive. We were charged $65 for every 15 minutes including the time he drove to the house at the time he stayed in the truck on our driveway. I paid $730 for a diagnostic test with no repair. None of those charges were disclosed before the visit. Would not recommend to anybody.
