Terrible company. They ruined my carpets AND my subfloor. Use ANYONE else.
***SCAM ARTISTS*** They lure you in with low cost ads and then drop the "Black Mold" scare. Which equals price hike. Same with carpet cleaning, don't pay extra for stubborn stains. There was no change in stains. after they finished. When you call the office to complain, they say, "you signed the agreement" so no refund". DISHONEST COMPANY!!!
