Terreible service. Total scam and no garanties... They not only charge a lot more for air cleanning they destroyed our sofa after dumping it in water
If you want get your carpet clean, DO NOT get Enviroc Air. They are totally scammer. I ordered a carpet cleaning service from Enviroc Air for two bed room condo. It was scheduled Saturday 3:00pm to 5:00pm. I got the condo at 3:00pm and nobody show up. I called the company phone numbers and tried to find out what happened and only got into voice mail. I would absolutely recommend Air Duct Cleaning to anybody! From my first phone call to them, to when the tech was finished, they were very professional. Starting with the office staff, who were great about answering all of my questions, when other companies I had spoken to had been very evasive with their answers to the tech who arrived at my house on time and walked me through exactly what he was going to do. Found this coupon for air duct cleaning & some free carpet cleaning for only $69. I don't usually use coupons for service, just for retail or restaurants but their coupon was very inviting. They came in and cleaned all the ducts, about 12, and cleaned the carpets too. I was very pleased with the cleaning and the customer service.
