Have tried to contact them using their on line form and the phone. No luck. Trying to get an owners manual for a system that was already in the house we recently bought. So far I don’t think the system is working. We have been running a small humidifier and the heating element gets a lot of mineral build-up. The next move is report them to Better Business.
We have the whole house pro combo. 8 years now. No problems. Filters easy to get online or at the plumbing supply store.
zero customer service. Phones go in a loop and you cannot get to a live person to order supplies or get help. Very frustrating.
I bought their Pelican NaturSoft Salt Free Water Softener, Model NS-3. Did NOT, Does NOT work at all. Might? Make a boat anchor. And it might not do that right. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
