A bad situation made easier! I just wanted to thank Jim and Frankie Burns, owners and operators of Enviro-Steem and their team, for their professional services during the rain storm they provided for my home on June 9, 2026. Jim is a neibour and friend, however he took it upon himself to come over to my home on the morning of June 10th to remove the water from my basement without being asked, due to a power failure outage during the storm, using his industrial and professional equipment and his team's knowledge. This company is awesome. The first phone call to book an appointment was pleasant and easy. The service was amazing. Had our ducts cleaned , they did a thorough inspection to determine the level of cleaning required. Identified specific areas that required extra work. Hand wiped each register!! Really good experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
I can’t even tell you how pleased I am with this company’s service!! I had them come out to clean a living room and two bedrooms’ carpets on July 10/25. I live in an old house and have or have had many pets, past and present, and sadly my carpets were in terrible shape. They worked so hard, did an amazing job cleaning my carpet, were incredibly courteous and kind and made me feel important.
