My insurance called EnviroServ and the nightmare began. The only communication was when I called and bothered them for information. The scheduling was a disaster, the work dragged on, and then I received an invoice for work that was not performed by EnviroServ. They specialize in charging high prices to milk the insurance cow. After months of no communication to justify the invoice amount, including legal intervention, they decided to just charge for the work they did without all of the extra.
