After flooding from the awful storms last month, they were hired by my landlord to dry the carpet in my guest room. After the picked up their machines, the machines left obvious black marks in the 2 places where their machines were sitting. I complained. They claimed it was "dirt" from under the carpet. Wrong. The dirt stains are brown. The stains from their machines are BLACK! ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THIS ISSUE! I can't even use my guest room!
