Items I was shipped do not work as advertised. Envirosafety was kind enough to offer a refund for the items, and after much prodding, refund the original shipping charge. They were not at all willing to refund the cost of shipping the items back to them, leaving me stuck paying to fix their mistake. Ridiculous. Do not buy from this company.
The customer service representatives are very rude and unprofessional. I would recommend that you order from another vendor.
Placed an order an d waited a week for it to ship. Contacted the company because they have a Quick Ship Guarantee. I was told my items were on backorder. I was never notified of this by email or during ordering or I would've cancelled my order. The Shipping Guarantee is useless, too. They won't refund me, just got the runaround. Now my project is a week behind and will cost me more than the entire order. I don't recommend this company. Pay a little more and go with a reputable business.
Sent the wrong size,their error, made me pay shipping to return the order, even tho the order clearly showed they sent me a size larger than what was ordered. then they sent me damaged items, again I had to pay to return it, then they refunded me 16 on a 52 dollar order. oh & I had to pay the pay-pal fee on the 16 dollars! STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP_OFF!
