Always there for me
The toilet and bidet installation we had done went well, but they also replaced a sink faucet and the job was done extremely poorly and they're refusing to answer our phone calls. They charged $500 just for the replacement (we already had the faucet). The installation is completely missing the metal washer and one of the screws that secured the faucet to the countertop, which we only realized because the faucet would jiggle each use.
