I've been a loyal customer for years, but my latest experience was disappointing. The service took longer than expected, and communication was unclear. The bill came out to almost $300, which was excessive. It seemed like they were training new staff, but the hefty bill and unauthorized additional services didn't justify the wait. I only asked for an air filter change, which was already in good condition. Most expensive oil change I have ever had do not go here this is a scam for sub par oil they use in house oil not a name brand quantity product $ 200++ for less then 6 litres and 5 min time nothing else was inspected for that price
I had a great first experience at Envirolube! I went in thinking I was needing to get my cabin air filter replaced as the air quality in the vehicle was getting really bad, not only did I get a filter put in but they showed me that my vehicle actually did not come with one in it and showed me how I can put one in and replace it myself! I was wondering why I was always so stuffy and had headaches in this vehicle that was given to me, so it was a night and day difference after! I will definitely be back in the future.
