I wish I would of called Enviro Eco sooner. After being turned down be every other Pest Control company in Sudbury I finally contacted Enviro Eco and they were very eager to help. I spoke with Rhonda on Wednesday and on Friday she was able to drop by my parents home to see the issues they are having and came up with a plan to rectify it. I called quite nervous as I thought I found evidence of a pest problem. Not only was my call answered on the second ring on a Saturday morning, the lady that answered (sorry, I did not get your name, but I thank you!) was lovely. She calmed me down(lol), gave me some great cleaning advice to do over the weekend and booked me an appointment the following Tuesday morning. I reached out to E2 Enviro in need. After a brief and positive conversation, I was reassured that they would be able to help with my pest problem, told they would confirm details that evening. I waited all day and then was told they would not be able to confirm a booking until after the weekend. Yesterday came and went with no further confirmation from Rhonda.
