I worked as a cleaner in the Grant school district for them. They don’t pay a living wage, communication is nonexistent, they do not treat their employees with respect or dignity and good workers are not valued or rewarded. This leads to the employees who have a good workers ethic ending up not caring and doing the bare minimum or quitting.
