Stephanie is the best lash tech ever! Super professional and sweet. 10/10
Took my money without any services. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and sent a deposit through Venmo, canceled shortly after and wasn’t given the deposit back. So unprofessional that they didn’t just have a card on file in case of same day cancellations. I tried to message them and got a response saying deposits aren’t refundable(which is only listed on the website under the 24 hour confirmation part) and then was just left on read. Wasn’t a lot of money but just and unprofessional in my opinion.
